All of our orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. As soon as your items have been shipped you will receive a corresponding email. It typically takes 12-20 days for you to receive your items once shipped as we work with various manufacturers across the globe.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can, just scroll to the bottom of our home page and you'll see 'track my order.' Enter the email you entered when you purchased and the tracking number you would have received via email.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what shall I do?
If for any reason you did not recieve an email when you made your purchase then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue for you.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes once your order has been placed, however if you would like to cancel then please contact us straight away and we'll se if we can catch it before it is shipped to you.
I want to make a bulk purchase, can I do that?
Of course! When ordering more than 20 jerseys at one time, please contact our sales team at email@example.com to discuss your discount.
Will I receive my items in one package or seperately?
We work with several manufacturers worldwide to provide the best high value to you, therefore the majority of the time you will receive your items in separate packages.
What if I am not happy with my products?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your items then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you instruction as to how to send your item back and we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition you received it in and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
